Sometimes life knocks you down and you need a hand to get back up and keep going, that’s what I am here for. I am a counseling intern working towards becoming a fully licensed professional counselor. I am passionate about helping others. I have over three years of experience working with individuals who struggle with substance use and through that have gained experience working with individuals with complex trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I work with individuals of all ages from all different backgrounds, focusing on inclusivity and making sure everyone I work with feels comfortable and safe. I cannot wait to work with you to provide the tools to help you achieve your goals and become the “you” you have strived to become.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Michigan University in 2020 and I am working on my Master of Arts in Counseling at Walden University. I completed my Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor in 2023. I am experienced and trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, and mindfulness.
