I am a licensed therapist in the State of Michigan who specializes in grief/loss, depression and anxiety. My education and life experiences give me a unique and effective approach to therapy. I work to provide people with a lasting experience rather than a short term treatment that can be integrated into their daily lives

I have a Master’s degree in mental health counseling. I am a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors, Chi Sigma Iota Academic and Professional Honor Society International, American Mental Health Counselors Association, and Michigan Mental Health Counselors Association.

Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked as a registered dental hygienist in several states. I worked in the public school system at elementary, middle, and high school levels. I worked as a job coach with young adults, and I enjoyed over a decade of being a stay at home mother. As a person centered therapist I will partner with you and together empower you to move forward in life one step at a time.
